The City of Olongapo was given a Plaque of Recognition for the Best Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor's Permit by the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation, Inc. (CLGCFI) last 26 March 2009 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone. City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. (left) and BPLO Head Neal Perez (right) received the award from CLGCFI President Bellaflor Angara-Castillo.
