Olongapo City received the HALL OF FAME AWARD for winning first place for three consecutive years (2008 to 2010) for outstanding achievement in the implementation of the documented streamlined procedures on the issuance of Mayor’s Permits from the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI). The award was given during the 5th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor's Permit held on 21 April 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Freeport Zone. On behalf of Olongapo City, Mayor Bong Gordon received the award from CLGCFI President Bellaflor Angara-Castillo.
