On behalf of Olongapo City, Mayor Bong Gordon received the Plaque of Recognition and P50,000 Cash Prize for the 2012 Most Successful LGU Institutionalizing BPLS Reforms from Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI) President Bellaflor Angara-Castillo. The awarding ceremony was held on March 20, 2013 at the Fontana Convention Center inside Clark Freeport Zone.
