2010 Hall of Fame Award

Olongapo City received the HALL OF FAME AWARD for winning first place for three consecutive years (2008 to 2010) for outstanding achievement in the implementation of the documented streamlined procedures on the issuance of Mayor’s Permits from the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI).  The award was given during the 5th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor's Permit held on 21 April 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Freeport Zone. 2010 Best LGU Practioner for Streamlining Program

Olongapo City received a Plaque of Recognition as 1^st Placer in the Highly-Urbanized City Category as Best Local Government Unit (LGU) Practitioner for the excellent implementation of its documented streamlined procedures on the issuance of Mayor’s Permit for the year 2010 from the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. during the 5th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs Implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor's Permit held on 27 April 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Freeport Zone.

2010 Plaque of Recognition for being a Model LGU

Olongapo City received a Plaque of Recognition for being a Model LGU in the implementation of reforms under the Nationwide Streamlining of Business Permits & Licensing System in the Philippines Program for the year 2010 from the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI), Department of the Interior & Local Government (DILG) and Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI) during the 5th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs Implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor's Permit held on 27 April 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Freeport Zone.  Mayor Bong Gordon (3rd from right) and BPLO Head Neal Perez (4th from right) received the CLGCFI President Bellaflor Angara-Castillo (3rd from left) and Competitiveness Council Co-Chair Guillermo Luz (2nd from right).

2010 Best One Stop Shop in Zambales

Olongapo City received a Certificate of Commendation for being the Provincial LGU Nominee of Zambales to the Best One Stop Shop (B.O.S.S) from the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. during the 5th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs Implementing the Streamlininig Program in the Issuane of Mayor's Permit held on 27 April 2011 at Holiday Inn, Clark Freeport Zone.
